The outreach clinic offers a team approach to patient care. A nurse and registered dietitian accompany Dr. Gunville and together they educate patients and their families on working through the lifestyle adjustment changes that occur with diabetic children.
The Public Health Departments provide services such as immunizations, well-child examinations, developmental screening, and WIC (Women-Infants-Children nutrition).
