Mended Hearts: meets regularly and provides support to heart disease patients and their families
SHARE: Perinatal Loss Support Group for families that have experienced the death of a baby due to miscarriage, stillbirth, or early infant death
Diabetes Support: support group open to anyone with diabetes
Living With Grief: support group which provides information about loss adjustment to help participants move toward resolution of grief
Lactation Education: informational tools and support as you and baby learn to breastfeed
Tobacco Cessation Class: a six week program of weekly classes based on the American Lung Association’s Freedom from Smoking program
