New Environment Control via PC by RJ Cooper

RJ Cooper here again, president of the small company that makes tech stuff for people with 'different' needs.  I've created another new hardware package, this time for controlling just about anything electrical in the home from a PC. This is an item I tried to create 10 years ago and finally the technology caught up with my desire!  These types of things used to be called ECU's (Environmental Control Units) but recently have been changed (by who???) to EADL's (Electronic Aids for Daily Living).
