Secretary Spellings Announces Final IDEA Part B 2004 Regulations

August 3, 2006. Department of Education Secretary Margaret Spellings has announced the final regulations to implement Part B the Individuals with Disabilities Education Improvement Act of 2004 (IDEA). An official copy of the final Part B regulations of the IDEA will be published in the Federal Register on August 14, 2006. In the meantime, an UNOFFICIAL copy can be downloaded on this web site.
