New CEC Briefs Compare IDEA 2004 Regulations to IDEA 1997 Regulations

The Council for Exceptional Children (CEC) has developed a new set of side-by-sides that compare major issues of the IDEA 2004 regulations with the IDEA 1997 regulations. The briefs also provide CEC's analysis of how the changes will impact students and teachers. The briefs are free to CEC members and will be available for purchase by non-members on October 18, 2006.
