Having a learning disability doesn't mean you are not smart; you are. Social worker and psychotherapist Myrna Orenstein, who has written a book for adults with learning disabilities, knows this firsthand. While working on her Ph. D. "I decided to get tested [for reading difficulties], and sure enough I was one of the walking wounded," she said.
