Wondering What Happens After High School?
Join Other Parents of Youth with Ongoing Support needs to:
- Network with other parents of youth with disabilities who are thinking about Transition
- Identify resources and assistance you need to prepare your child for life after high school
- Get information and resources on: Transition Planning, agencies that might provide support or funding for life after high school,
- Ask questions that you have about Transition Planning
- Learn what questions you should be asking about Transition
- Help us create a parent group that will be useful to you!
