Does your district or school receive school mental health services from a Comprehensive School and Community Treatment (CSCT) program or is your district involved with the local Kids Management Authority (KMA) team?
This collaborative training/planning session will be facilitated by the nationally recognized leader in the field, Mark Weist, Director for School Mental Health. The OPI is partnering with DPHHS to bring together a parent representative, CSCT program administrators, key superintendents, and principals from across the state.
Where: February 9-10, 2010 at the Great Northern Hotel and Conference Center, Helena, MT.
Training outcomes include:
- Building common ground to better understand each others systems
- Examining best practices in school mental health
- Collaborating to create a Montana Framework for School Mental Health.
