We are inviting a small group of Customized Employment practitioners to join us in Missoula, Montana for a 2 1/2 day Intensive Seminar covering: Steps & Stages of Discovering Personal Genius; Conducting Respectful Home Visits; Designing Discovery Activities that illuminate Skills, not just Interests; Developing The 3 Vocational Themes; Conducting Informational Interviews with Employers; Moving from Smooth Talking to Smooth Listening; Constructing the Job Development Lists of 20; Using Resource Ownership & SSA Work Incentives; Using Game Theory in developing Negotiated Jobs
